We're sure you have watched the programme - a lucky couple give the programme makers their requirements for a property abroad, the programme researchers then locate suitable properties and the presenter shows them around, helps them negotiate and purchase their dream home in the sun.
You've seen it on television, and now we offer the same service. An individual service tailored to your requirements - no coach tours - no pressure selling.
We will collect you or meet you, show you around a selection of properties we think you will be interested in and that fit your requirements, and give you a tour of the areas. We will help you negotiate a good price and also help you with the whole purchase procedure including opening a bank account, employing a solicitor and obtaining an NIE.
If you would prefer, we can also meet you at the airport and provide you with 3 nights luxury self-catering accommodation for a nominal charge of £50 per person.
Whilst there is no obligation to buy, there is no point in your visiting us unless you are in a position to buy and know how you are going to pay for the property. We can arrange a 60% - 70% mortgage on most properties.
